    I did the All In 18 program and loved it so I decided to give this training guide a try. It is exactly as she describes it, educational and full of workouts and tips to help you get stronger and leaner. I workout both at the gym and home, and the workouts have been extremely beneficial. I feel stronger, have changed my approach during my workouts and I’ve drop 10 lbs in 6 weeks.

    I really liked this guide and learned new tips from it . I only wish it has videos besides the photos . But overall a great product and I’ve enjoyed following her training tips and workouts. I’ve learned to love strength training and have dropped three sizes, feel stronger, more enegerized and don’t “hate” working out as much.
