Idalis is a wife, proud mom of three girls and an internationally recognized Elite Trainer who specializes in fast, efficient and effective at-home programs that help busy women and men get the results they want with the time they have. She is a Beachbody Super Trainer, a bilingual Fitness Influencer and Fitness and Wellness content creator for publications like Women’s Health Magazine, Men’s Health, GQ Magazine and others. She is also a Nordictrack and an iFit International trainer.
From an early age Idalis was very passionate about physical fitness. Through her experiences in sports as a former athlete , she developed the skills to help her become a leader in the field today. But her passion for fitness and wellness crystallized after becoming a mother and experiencing a series of setbacks and health complications that made her turn her comeback into her calling.
It was during this period where she became passionate about educating others and helping them regain their health and getting their best body in a sustainable way. Her passion and dedication for fitness and wellness combined with her expertise in strength, functional, Kettlebell, body weight training and running, fuel Velazquez to influence and motivate thousands of people on a daily basis through her IV Fitness plat-form by promoting smart training, a healthy body image, and teaching positive and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Idalis Athletic Background
Her diverse training skills were developed through competing in volleyball, tennis, judo, and track and field. By the time she was 12, Idalis was accepted into a boarding school in Puerto Rico that specializes in developing athletes ages 12 to 18 in various sports where she got to train with the best coaches in the country and from where she graduated high school.
Some of her accomplishments as a track and field athlete include several national championships in various events including the long jump, where she still holds the junior national record of Puerto Rico ; 100 meter hurdles; pentathlon; and heptathlon . Idalis also competed in international events like Juniors CAC (Central American and Caribbean Games) and PanAm Games; NACAC Games; and the Penn Relays where she places third in the Long Jump. She attended Turabo University where she was granted a full scholarship and competed in the LAI league (collegiate league of Puerto Rico). She received scholarships from the Coca-Cola Company of Puerto Rico and was granted an additional scholarship with PDAF (a program that helps develop elite female athletes in Puerto Rico). She was also granted a full scholarship at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) where she competed in NCAA Division 1 track and field during Indoor season and set the indoor school record in the long jump.
