She is the creator of the revolutionary at home workout DVD program ALL IN 18 DVD; the first fitness DVD program filmed in both English & Spanish. In addition to teaching private clients and group classes, she is a trusted Fitness Expert for Target and a C9 by Champion at Target Brand Ambassador.
Her workouts and fitness tips have been featured in publications and nationally recognized websites including Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Self, Oxygen, Teen Vogue, Huffington Post, Latina, Daily Burn, Latin Times, Pop Sugar Fitness, City & Shore Magazine and many others. In 2016 she teamed up with Unilever brands for #100PorCientoTu- a new campaign showcasing Latinos’ self-expression and individuality. She has appeared in broadcasts including Good Morning America, Telemundo, NBC 6 & Univision.
Her passion and dedication for fitness and wellness combined with her expertise in strength, functional and Kettlebell training, fuel Velazquez to influence and motivate thousands of people on a daily basis through her IV Fitness plat-form by promoting smart training, a healthy body image, and teaching positive and sustainable lifestyle changes. Velazquez’s mission is to help women and men of all backgrounds and fitness levels to live life in shape and reach their own personal best.

Idalis’ Athletic Background
Her diverse training skills were developed through competing in volleyball, tennis, judo, and track and field. By the time she was 12, Idalis was accepted into a boarding school in Puerto Rico that specializes in developing athletes ages 12 to 18 in various sports where she got to train with the best coaches in the country and from where she graduated high school.
Some of her accomplishments as a track and field athlete include several national championships in various events including the long jump, where she still holds the junior national record of Puerto Rico (6.07) ; 100 meter hurdles; pentathlon; and heptathlon (5,125 points) . Idalis also competed in international events like Juniors CAC (Central American and Caribbean Games) and PanAm Games; NACAC Games; and the Penn Relays where she places third in the Long Jump. She attended Turabo University where she was granted a full scholarship and competed in the LAI league (collegiate league of Puerto Rico). She received scholarships from the Coca-Cola Company of Puerto Rico and was granted an additional scholarship with PDAF (a program that helps develop elite female athletes in Puerto Rico). She was also granted a full scholarship at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) where she competed in NCAA Division 1 track and field during Indoor season and set the indoor school record in the long jump.
