Drinking lots of water can clear up your skin, and keep iy looking young and fresh.

No 3. Eat lots of carotenoid rich foods.

This can give you a “tan” that radiates from within. Sweet potatoes, carrots, goji berries are a great source of carotenoids

No. 5 Sleep

Aim for 7-8 hours of beauty sleep

No 6. Eat Less dairy

Most dairy food contain hormones, pesticide and antibiotics that are passed down to us and may cause inflammation and skin problems. There are popular alternatives like almond, coconut and hempseed milk. These are hormone free, lower in calories and fat and lactose free wish is also better for digestion.
Choose organic milk if you just can’t live without it.

No. 7 BioSil supplements

This beauty supplement is known to be beneficial on improving our hair, nail and skin. The nutrients in it help the body build more collagen to keep our skin more firm, plum and smooth.

No. 8 Brush Away Dry Skin

Dry skin brushing is a great way to improve your circulation and boost and improve the look of your skin.
This age-fighting treatment is effective on getting rid of bumpy skin in the back or your arms and improving the appearance of cellulite.

No. 9 Vitamin C Serum

Vitamin C can provide all day skin protection. Vitamin C's ability to stimulate collagen production does wonders for the skin. Not only does this powerful anti-aging nutrient rebuild collagen, but its potent antioxidant power also protects skin from free radicals.

No. 10 Get a Shower Filter

Our skin is our largest organ! Harmful chemicals can enter our body through open skin pores while we shower. Unfiltered showers contain potentially harmful chemicals like chlorine, which can cause dry skin and hair. Itchiness and can also be linked to more serious health problems.

I’ve experienced the effects of chlorine in the skin with my oldest daugther. Every time she is expose to chlorine water, she gets rashes and other symptoms.

No. 11 Moisture your Skin Naturally

Coconut oil is a beauty staple. It's naturally antibacterial and anti-fungal. Coconut oil for skin is an excellent moisturizer, it can penetrate hair better than other oils, and it has a pleasant smell. You can also use to remove make up, shave, make home made skin scrubs and more. Coconut oil is superfood for the skin!

No.12 Get Naturally Beautiful Lashes

Castor oil is found to be effective in growing and thickening eyelashes.
It is also capable of preventing them from breaking and can also trigger the growth of eyelashes at places where they are not present in abundance.

I’ve been applying castor oil every night as part of my beauty regimen for the past year. I am extremely happy with the results! I’ve never had thicker and longer lashes like the ones I enjoy today. You can also apply it in your eyebrows and split ends.

No. 13 Avoid processed sugar and artificial sweeteners

No. 14 Avoid nicotine and excessive alcohol

No. 15 Avoid sodas, fast food and process foods.

These last three can take away from your natural beauty by causing an appearance of dull skin, dehydrating your skin and even speed up our aging process.
