Cashew Bread

Instructions

In a food processor:

  1. pulse together cashew butter and eggs until very smooth
  2. Pulse in apple cider vinegar
  3. Pulse in baking soda and salt
  4. Transfer batter to a greased 9 x 5 inch baking dish
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
  6. Cool for 2 hours
  7. Serve

Paleo Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Pulse together bananas, eggs, vanilla, honey, and shortening in a food processor
  2. Pulse in almond flour, salt, and baking soda
  3. Scoop batter into a greased 7.5 x 3.5 magic line loaf pan
  4. Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes
  5. Cool for 1 hour
  6. Serve with Dandelion Root Coffee

Simple Bread

Serves 1 loaf (about 12 slices)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, then add honey, and vinegar
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry
  4. Scoop batter into a well greased 7.5 x 3.5 magic line loaf pan
  5. Bake at 300° for 45-55 minutes on bottom rack of oven; until a knife comes out clean
  6. Cool and serve
